What are the shipping charges?
Orders above Rs. 2,500 qualify for free shipping. For orders below Rs. 2,500, there is a fixed shipping fee of Rs. 200 per order.
Can I open a Cash on Delivery package without paying the courier first?
No, you must make the payment to the courier before opening the package. We offer a 30 Days No Questions Asked Money Back Guarantee. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund (excluding shipping charges) or an exchange voucher.
What refund amount will I receive for items purchased on promotion or with a discount code?
